Hello, Need your suggestions on below is my case.

• L1A Blanket Managerial visa - stamped in Jan – 2019 for client xyx.
• Traveling this week for internal project - under internal company transfer.
• My Company ( Indian MNC) has issued deputation letter for 3 months stay.
• Can you please help if I would need to prepare with any additional documentation.
• What are the docs to carry for safe port of entry. ?

Since you have the visa already stamped - you won't have much issues - stay positive.

From document perspective, carry your appointment letter & deputation letter, along with I129S.
