L1A blanket Extension or Renewal from US or India

My L1A blanket visa(stamped & petition) is about to expire in Aug 2020. We need to file for extension or renewal.
My questions:

1. Is L1A blanket can be renewal or extended from USA?
2. Or Do I need to travel India to get blanket visa and stamped from India?
3. Which is easier L1A blanket or L1A individual?
4. How much additional documentation is need if I convert from L1A blanket to L1A individual.

Its called petition extension & yes it can be done while you staying in USA. Visa will be renewed only when you leave USA & need to re-enter.

Or Do I need to travel India to get blanket visa and stamped from India?

Not needed, if you don't want to. If your petition is extended & your visa is still valid, you can use the existing visa with extended petition.

Which is easier L1A blanket or L1A individual?

L1A individual is always better with better approval rate.

How much additional documentation is need if I convert from L1A blanket to L1A individual.

You need whole bunch of all documentations, your attorney should be able to give you list of document inline with the petition he will prepare.
