Extension of US stay due to coronavirus outbreak

I'm in the US on L1 visa however will have to leave country, due to max-out period, soon in about ~3 weeks.
As you all know Coronavirus is spreading fast to all locations around the globe, now including India as well, and there has been strong advisory/restriction towards international travel ... is there any way to get an extension on the stay in US during this global health pandemic ?

You could apply for Change of Status to B2 status.
