  • Marriage certificate L2

    Hello all

In a few weeks I will apply for my L2 visa in Belgium, I have to bring a marriage certificate to my interview, but I have a few questions...

    - Does it have to be in English?
    - Will I have to get an apostille?
    - Belgium only gives out E-apostilles (digital), will the US Embassy in Belgium accept this, I tried contacting them by phone and e-mail, but they couldn't give me a clear answer. The Belgian public service who gives out the E-apostilles has asured me that the Embassy will accept the digital apostille, but I just want to be sure.

    Thank you so much!

Digital copy are fine, now a days, almost all countries converting their documents to digital form & embassies have access to verify that the printout is genuine.
