L1A Individual - Premium Processing Delays

Hi, I have filed my L1A in premium processing and yet to get a decision. Its been more than 30 days. Please let me know if anyone is going through similar situation or any insights would help. Also advise on the next steps to check the status

This is not normal. Talk with your attorney to file a service request.
