Passport status after visa approval

My visa was approved in the visa interview at Mexico, Gudalajara.
It's been 4 business days since my interview , and haven't heard back on the status of my passport.

I tried to track the status of my passport through

[email protected], but I'm seeing the response as "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted." What is the meaning of above message? IS there any other way to track on my passport status ?
