I have been employed by an European HQ company for last two years in India. As the company was not registered at that time in India the payroll was managed by a payroll agency registered here. Now I want to move to the US branch of the company through an L1b. My company is registered in India from last June, however payroll is still managed by the agency. There are legal contracts signed between our HQ and the payroll agency. My company is ready to produce letters accepting my employment from last two years.
Does the above case looks like a valid case of getting an l1b? Any input is appreciated.
