I would be applying for L1 blanket visa next month, I have B1 VISA but i did not travelled at any time.Is there any posibilities i will get questions on this. Please help me with likely questions that I may face during my PI.

>>> It is not necessary to travel to U.S upon receiving the visa. If questions, yo can give them the reason why you couldn't travel. This will have no impact on your L1 visa.
