Dear Sir,
I was working in the Indian company for almost 12 years in the managerial position and I was promoted to divisional role and asked to move to Divisional HQ in US with the designation of Divisional Project Manager. I applied for L1A Blanket visa interview at Chennai in the month of Aug 2019, during the interview VO decided to give me L1 B instead of L1 A in spite of telling him that I do not possess special skills and I am a managerial candidate. However, after I got the visa stamped along with I-129s (which has L1 B visa mentioned on it), when I landed in U.S and printed the I94, L1A is mentioned. I recently logged into i94 website (https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home) and it still shows L1 A.
Does this means that I now have L1A ? when I go for extension after 3 years, should I apply for L1A? Kindly suggest.
