Hi,

I have a valid I485 and have not filed my I140 since its not current. I am on the EB1 category, my L1A visa is valid until June 2021. Can I apply for my I485 & EAD when it is not current, are there any other options for me to apply for my EAD? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

No you cannot apply for AOS when your PD is not current.
