I am currently on my L1B visa which expires in May 2020. My employer petitioned for L1B to L1A conversation and extension a week before under premium and got an RFE today - not sure about the reason yet.
I reviewed all the docs submitted and found that “Current Immigration Status” in I-129 was specified as H-1B instead of L-1B.
1. What are my options to get this corrected after RFE was raised?
2. Can this be corrected in the response to RFE?
3. Does this affect the decision for the conversion / extension?
4. Should the current petition be withdrawn and a new one submitted in its stead?
