  • L1 A blanket approved on 13th March-London

I would like to share my experience, as this forum is helpful for everyone. Appeared for interview on 13th March and visa got approved, and with family.
I was tensed as my L1 A blanket was rejected in June 2017 from Chennai, finally i got it.
Just like other posts getting L1 from UK and specially with family is smooth ride.
my interview was at 8.30am, reached 8am, first they will check all the documents about verification that you were staying in Uk. I was carrying my brp cards, post paying the fees interview was done in 40 mins.

Abhijeetuk Do you know the reason why your L1A blanket was rejected in Chennai? I am on L1B visa currently but planning to move to L1A visa during my L1B extension, as I seem to qualify.

Blanket L1 visas have high rate of rejection - for an iota of doubt VO rejects the visa application saying "Not clearly approvable". Conversion from L1B to L1A is also risky.
