Hi
In August 2008, my company A applied L1 Individual petition with USCIS. But before knowing petition status, i quit the job and joined another company B.
Due to personal reason, i re-joined old company (Company A)(who applied my L1 individual petition) again. After a year of rejoining, i applied for L1 Blanket, but blanket visa got rejected on may 25th 2010 stating the reason that, my previous L1 Individual petition is in approved status.
So, my questions are,
1. Since i left the company and rejoined again, is my approved l1 individual petition is still applicable (The validity of the approval is till Aug 2011).
2. This approved L1 individual petition is for the same client but the project is different now. Shall i use this petition even for different project?
3. Shall i use the same HDFC receipt which i got rejected on May 25th 2010?
4. And, finally, since i have already faced 2 L1 Blanket rejection, i heard that if visa continuously refused 3 times, then we wont get visa, is that really true?
I am very confused. Please, guide me in that situation.
