Hi All,
My L1-b status is valid until Oct 2020. My wife's EAD was valid till March 2020. In 2019, I had applied for and was approved for H1-b in consular processing and hence my status has not changed. However, my wife's L2-EAD extension was denied and the reason given was I had a COS. I guess this is an error in USCIS end, how can we appeal this.
