Any problem in L1B visa interview if I have a valid I20 for the next fall.
Hi all,
I have admits from few universities for Fall 2020. I also have an internal transfer offer from my company and L1B visa process is in progress. Given the current situation not sure when I'll be able to schedule my L1B visa interview (hopefully in June if the Chennai embassy starts accepting appointments). My first preference is to move to the US on L1B visa but if the visa gets rejected I want to have a backup option of Masters. So, if I accept the university admit and receive an I20, will there be any problem in the L1B interview. Please help me with this.
