    Nope. They said that ASC will open later (no dates announced yet). I still went and checked local ASC, which of course was closed.
    I am still waiting for biometrics, but we have now decided to move back to India. meanwhile we have filed I-539 for B2 visa which allow us to stay beyond my L1 max out date, but I will not be able to work.

      mchandak, the reason you need to move to Canada is because you do not have an H1B visa as a fallback and your L1 visa is expired. Is that the case?

          Ok. Is ur i140 approved. Dates are moving. Hopefully it will move in coming months too.

            Hows the situation now for you ? Were you able to relocate to Canada ? Did you have to apply for B2 to stay in the country ?
