Marital status while applying for L2 visa

Hi,
I am on L1 and i got engaged. I am planning to go to india to get married and bring my wife with me while returning back. So we are trying to schedule an appointment just after the marriage, so that we can get her visa in time. While filling the application form, she is not sure if she should select the status as married since she will be married at the time of appointment or single since she is single at the time of filling the applicaiton.

If anyone has faced a similar situation before, please let me know what we need to fill for marital status.

Hi Sri,

Status is "At the time of an interview/appointment" . So if you are married at that time then it should be "MARRIED"
Also make sure that you have MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE when going for the appointment.
