DS160 and specialized knowledge detail for L1

Hey,

I was filling up DS160 for my L1 Blanket petition and could not see any sections where I will have to fill the special skill details.
Do we need to answer that in the PA or am I missing something in DS160?
I have spent sufficient time with DS160 and this website to get the details but in vain and so I'm posting it here. Any assistance would be of great help.

Special skills are mentioned in petition.
Also when asked, you can talk about it in the interview.
