An update to this,
I listened to the company and went ahead with EB-2; prevailing wage determination was filed in May and approved in September.
Then the PERM was filed in October and still awaiting a decision; looking at the timeline, probably April/May is likely.
Should have gone ahead with my gut but don’t know what the timelines are for EB-1c
