Can my wife hold both L2 and B1 Visa at a time?

Hi,

I am on L1B from a company A ,my company is scheduled an interview for my wife for L2 next week.My wife works for a company B and they want to process B1 this month.Can she attend both interviews and travel on B1 without loosing L2?

Please help us..we are in confusion not able to take decision how to proceed?

Not just B1 and L2, you can have any number of valid visas.
