Urgent Inquiry on L1, L2 Visa

Hi,

I'm from Philippines and I'm applying for an L1 Visa and an L2 Visa for my wife as my dependent. I would like to ask if this is possible or what are the best options given these situations:

1. The name in the passport of my wife is not yet change to her married name.
2. She is currently working in UAE, thus can she apply the L2 VISA in UAE or should we go together for the VISA interview in our home country?
3. Provided that we apply together for the VISA, is the L1 and L2 VISA will be released at the same time?
