L1b to L1A

Given below is my current status
L1B expiry - 02 Oct 2010
I 94 expiry - 02 Oct 2010

My five years of L1B completed on 26th Oct 2009 itself.
1) Is it possible that i can get a conversion from L1B to L1 A so that i can stay till May 2011.

You cannot continue on L1B beyond 5 years. You should have either applied a COS to L1A (If you qualify) or H1B before the end of your 5 year term on L1B.

Not sure if USCIS will consider your case legal for a COS to L1A or H1B now (as the 5 year term has already completed). But you can give it a try.
