L1-B looking for options to leave the company but continue working in the USA

Hello - I'm right now under a VISA L1-B and would like to leave the company but stay in the USA.
Also, I'm looking for the fastest option so that I can leave the company as soon as possible.
I'm a Belgium citizen.

As far as my research goes, I have identified two options:

1. Request a H1b VISA but that would mean to wait until March 2021
2. Request the GC, but that would mean to wait 1 to 2 years.

Is there any other options?

Also, should I reach out to a layer to get help?

Not sure if Belgium citizen can go with any other visa, but those are the only 2 options you've.
