  • L2 Visa for Spouse and Dependants

Can anyone advise whether a spouse has to attend a L1 / L2 visa stamping appointment with the principal applicant or can they arrange a separate interview at a later date

Also, does a spouse and dependent children (under 12 years) have to each complete an individual DS160 app form or does the one from the principal applicant suffice>

    1. Yes, separately is fine
    2. Yes. DS-160 is one per person.

      Seperate Appointment for Spouse

Can anyone advise whether the Spouse can attend a separae consulate than the principal applicant. (ie Principal applicant in Australia and spouse in Canada). Is the DS160 for the spouse then submitted to the spouse's consulate?
