L2 EAD extension and current processing time?

My current L2 EAD expires in January 2021. I wonder if anyone knows the estimated processing time.
Should I add something new document to the renewal application or is it the same as the first time applying?

I would greatly appreciate if anyone can please list the documents required.

Currently it is taking ~5 months to get EAD approved without any RFE. An RFE will further delay the process.

It should be the same documents.
