L1 blanket Pending Administrative process

Hi,

I have went for visa stamping for L1 blanket at the US Consulate hyderabad on 2nd June 2010. They have taken my passport and given white slip which contain case no and asked me to check the status after 3 weeks.

My Question are:
1) Is my L1 B approved or rejected?
2) How much time it will take to get passport as My Fly date is 14th july 2010?
Will I get passport before 14th July 2010.

>>> What is written in the 221g form handed out to you? Looks like you visa is under administrative processing. Right now it is under review and it is nether rejected nor approved.

Hi,

They have written only case number on white slip and asked me to check case status on https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visas/2...hyderabad.html after 3 weeks.

I haven't booked the ticket, it is planned travel date.

I heard that for L1B waiting time for pending administrative process will be 3-5weeks only where other visas takes upto 1 year also. Please Confirm?
