Alternative to H1 when in USA

Hi Everyone,

currently I am in USA on L2 visa holding EAD valid till may 2022 and recently joined job, they can process my H1.
So I definitely would like to try my luck for H1 in 2021.
i am wondering what can b the other way to continue to work in USA if I don’t get luck with H1 lottery. Any other alternatives to H1 visa. I have indian citizenship.

There are few more work visas, but you need to check, if you qualify for that. L1/L2 & H1 are the easiest ones.
