L1B extension and L2 EAD

Hi,

My L1A visa, and my spouse's L2 and EAD are all expiring on November X. My company is filing for an extension of my L1A.

> Is there a way to get my spouse's L2 renewed without traveling back to India?
> Is there a way to renew the L2 EAD so that there is no break in my spouse's employment?

Yes, you can renew spouse's stay (basically I94) without travelling outside USA. Along with your L1 extension (I129) file for their extension (I539) as well.

Apply early & under premium to get your renewed EAD before expiry of current EAD - thats the only way.
