Are L1 visa interviews happening at Canada consulate

Hi, wanted to know if in-person interviews for L blanket visas started at US consulates in Canada or are the appointments getting canceled? any updates in this regard would be very helpful.

NO. checked with embassy at Ottawa few days back and they said they are closed visa interviews.

On the other note, Right now Canada is not allowing visitors to visit from USA to Canada.
