Filing for L1A Individual petition soon and have a question regarding direct reports
I currently have 5 direct reports and 11 indirect reports. But all of them are offshore, except one direct report. Would not having more than 1 report onsite be a problem?
I will be submitting orgcharts, paystub and job duties for each of my direct reports. In addition, will submit some email proofs showing I allocate and review tasks.
My attorney even asked for email/proofs to show I approve leaves of my direct reports. This seems very difficult as it is done through a pOrtal in my company and fetching historical records is not possible. Planning to share current request, if any. Sounds okay??
