L1B Extension receipt notice delay

All,

My attorney sent out I-129/L1B extension petition last week of May2020, but i or my attorney have not yet received receipt notice till today after a month. We also filed L2 extension along with L1 and i have already received receipt notice for all L2s. Are L1 extension receipt delayed by USCIS? Is there a way to know receipt number? If L2s are received then can i assume L1 is also received and getting receipt is just dealyed?

Please help as my I94 is expiring in a month time.

Hi I also filled for L1B extension the L2 receipt was issued first and after a week got my receipt. Please check with your attorney.

You can call USCIS and get the Receipt number. They will ask details of the applicant to find that.

If both application was in same package sent to USCIS, then yes.
