L2 Visa & Criminal Traffic Charges

Hi - I am on L1 Blanket visa residing in US for the past 1 year , i was involed in a crash recently ( no one injured ) and police have charged with Extreme DUI ( Driving Under Alcohol Infuence ) - Had applied for Wifes L2 visa a while back and she has her interview in 3 weeks - My attorney has challenged this case as Not guilty - My question is " Would this affect her Visa stamping ? or it will be refused ? " ( I have been pressed with charges but not convicted yet ) - Any help on this is appreciated !

I already spoke with my criminal/DUI attorney and he says this should not be a problem - I just wanted to check if someone were in the same situation ( very bad of me asking ) but was desparate to seek an answer of prior experience !
