L2 with Valid EAD working in USA remote and continue it after leaving USA

Hi ,

My Spouse [L2] with valid EAD working remotely from USA. Since we may leave USA [ even our Visa is valid till 2021] can she continue her employment remotely and work for the
company she is working currently . Since its a Remote only Job , there is no need to travel .

Will there be any legal problems if she works after leaving USA[ till her EAD validity] with her USA employer remotely.

As long as the primary applicant (L1) is maintaining proper legal employment under a US firm & getting paid in USD, then L2 can also work based on EAD. For L2 it doesn't matter if the work is remote or not.
