I'm currently holding L2 visa (expiring 2023), have 2 young kids (2yo & 4yo) stuck in HK. (my wife is L1B currently working in the US, both of us arrived in March 2020). We have been separated with our kids since March. My wife's company lawyers suggested us not to travel out of the US as we may not be able to re-enter due to travel restrictions.
I desperately want to go back to HK to bring my kids over to the U.S. - HK is still not on the restricted travel list - how likely will I be able to re-enter (after 14 days quarantine in HK, per HK's immigration rule). If I cannot come back - my wife will be left here in the U.S. alone which is not possible as well.
Shall I travel back to HK and pick up my kids and will I be able to re-enter? Thanks!
