Are the L1 A extension approvals rate higher now? I see California Center has approved more petitions when converted to premium in comparison to Texas. Is it true overall? I am planning to convert to premium - California Service Center.

I too noticed that, all my friends recently applied for extension got approval sooner in normal processing as well.

I just have couple of question. My priority date is now current and I was wondering if I can apply I-485 and get GC. Will current President’s order of not issuing GC would impact?

Since you are talking about filing AOS (I485), I assuming that you are in USA right now. If yes, you can file for I485 right now. The President's order is only for people outside USA right now.
