Lost I129S, I797 on L1B

Hi

I have a valid passport but lost the I129S and I797 forms and Medical insurance. Please let me know if there is any possibility to travel with duplicate forms

Not advisable to take such a risk (I hope you meant photo copies when you said duplicate forms). Apply and get these from USCIS before you travel. Officers at the POE won't bother about your Medical insurance.

I am under the same situation, I lost my I129, I797; But I have completed my H1B stamping, which is just having petition number. Can some one direct me how to capture these documents.
