Travel to the US on L1B Visa during COVID-19

Hi,

I am an Indian national currently in India. My L1B was approved and stamped in Feb 2020 and valid through Nov 2022. I couldn't travel to the US on my newly approved L1B status due to the pandemic.

I am planning to relocate now to the US on my L1B visa. Am I eligible to travel? Will I be allowed entry to the US on my L1 visa?

Yes, since you have a valid visa, you can travel.
Be sure to get an updated employment letter for the US company that you still have the job. This could be asked at immigration

This isn't what my lawyers are telling me... though I am in the UK which is subject to the travel ban. Thinking about having 2 weeks on the beach before getting back there...!

India is not on the list of countries whose nationals are banned. If you have a valid visa issued before June 24, 2020, you should be able to come to the U.S.
