Form I-539 outside normal processing time! How long did you get it?

Hello All,

Hope you are staying safe and healthy. I have submitted my Form I-539 to extend my L2 status last year. It was received by the Texas Service Center and the received date was December 12, 2019. My wife was holding L1A visa and we filed to extend our stay together at that time. Her I-129 was already approved in December 2019( by premium process), but my I-539 is still pending for 8 months.

240 days! can you believe that? Without I-539 approval, I can't get EAD renewed for 8 months. I called the USCIS several times and they always let me wait,wait and wait.

Can anyone share how long for your I-539 approval? Thanks a lot.
