L1B Stamped.. Resign and join the same company

Hello guys,

I have a L1B stamped by one of the MNC in India named A.
I am having the offer from another MNC in India itself named B.

Question :

I resign company A and join company B.
After six month I again crack the interview of company A and join on higher designation and salary.

Now I am in Company A who has processed my L1B earlier.
Is that L1B valid?

As per immigration laws I can apply for L1 only after one year of joining the organization. But in this case it is stamped already.


Please guide.

Thanks.. But will not the processing company inform to the US Immi dept that the I have saperated from them?

Your company has to answer that question.
If petition is withdrawn, they need to file again
Visa is valid though.
