L1B Individual Vs L1B Blanket

I filed for L1B Blanket earlier this year which got rejected. We then filed for L1B individual. However, I'd like to know what are the advantages of having an L1B individual over L1B Blanket visa, apart from it being pre-approved by USCIS? Is there any advantage from a Green card perspective as well?

Once visa is approved, then both individual or blanket remains same - nothing different for GC perspective.
