My I-94 is valid till Jan20,2020.
My company is filing for Premium. If for any case my extension gets denied before Jan20,2020.
Do I need to leave US immediately or I can stay till Jan20,2020

Depends on what USCIS thinks about your extension petition. If they cancel your current petition, then you'll need to leave immediately. Imagine, if they found you not eligible to work in future, then why allow today?

Mostly in case of denial of the extension, they still let you work till end of your current petition.

But be positive, it will be approved.
