L1 Visa - Onsite resignation

Hello Experts,

I got transferred from India to US payrolls after getting my L1 Visa.

I have finished my proj and due to my personal issues with the Management I resigned my job there at Onsite itself and come back to India on my own expenses.

There after I have submitted my petition to the Company as a part of the final settlement.

Will this case any issue if I apply for L1 freshly with the new employer?

I also plan on resigning at onsite on L1 Visa and coming back.
How long did you stay in US after your last working day and did the company cancel the Visa on your passport (in US or after coming back to India)?
