L1 Visa Denied

My L1 visa Petition denied from USICS, reason being my Employer did not submitted contract paper which my Employer feel as confidential.

My Question is

1. I Don’t have any stamp on my passport as DENIED/REJECTED, does that mean rejection is not in USICS database as it is not denied by local consulate.

2. Next time when i apply, do i have to say my previous application Denied?

3. How fast can i reapply.

what are you talking about?
Petition rejected or after petition approval when you went for visa, it's rejected?

Hi,

Below is steps happen when my company filed L1 Petition for me.

1. My Company File Petition for L1 Visa

2. and I got REF for Petition, asking for contract between my company and client and many more document

3. my company responded against REF without giving contract paper as they told it is confidential document and cannot share.

4. USICS rejected my L1 petition application, stating that it could not conclude if my company had sufficient work for the period requested in petition.


Now my question is

1. What is reasonable time that I can reapply
2. How to answer question have, Is my visa denied previously Should I say yes or no? as my petition is denied not visa

My Company don’t want to apply for H1B but instead they told we will wait for some more time to reapply for L1. what is reasonable time that i can reapply.

If petition is denied but not visa then what implication it has when I reapply?
