L1A Individual - Hong Kong Visa Appointment

Hi all,
Just want to see if anyone can share their experience with L1A visa stamping in the Hong Kong consulate.
And what are the chance of getting rejected during the visa interview even though your L1A is approved by USCIS?

In general, having an approved petition got the highest chances of visa approval in any country.
