Hi - Me and my wife both are currently in US on our own L1 visas. My wife needs to move to L2. The L1 to L2 change of status in US is taking a long time. So, she is considering going out of US and getting L2 Visa.
1. Are Canadian or Indian embassies processing L2?
2. Will she be eligible for L2. I assume she will be since I'm currently in US and have a valid visa
3. Does anyone know if issuance of new L2 EADs is impacted?
