Options after L1a Visa-Extension Rejection and valid i94 with still 4 months

I have just got RFE on my visa extension-Premium processing (valid till Jan 2021)
with possibility of Huge FB-SO, there is good chance of my PD-Mar2019- DOF being current.

So was wondering in case my current visa-extension request is rejected, can I reapply for Visa-Extension again as my i-94 is valid till Jan 2021
And probably go non-premium with my second application. In that case can I stick around in US-working till the decision is made on my extension request
