L1a emergancy appointment at consulate

In March this year our L1A was approved however our visa stamping has obviously always been pushed out since the consulates are closed. it looks like we may qualify for an emergancy appointment due to new criteria. has anyone been successful in a visa appointment during this time? Was the emergency appointment successful?

Hi Brett, we are in the same situation - we have an approved I-129S but the passports came back without a Visa. I am also under the impression that we should be able to quality for a National Interest Exception (in order to resume ongoing employment) - have you tried contacting the Embassy to see what needs to be done? I feel like it's not very clearly outlined what to do in this situation as I wouldn't expect us to have to fill out a new DS-160, which seem so be a requirement for arranging an interview.
