L1 Individual Waiting Time

Hi,

I have applied for the L1 individual in January 2010 but they raise an RFE which I have submitted om March 17, 2010 and as per the directions on site they mentioned that will reply within 60 days but even after the 60 days they not replied back so we raise another service request which they will answer in 45 days (i.e. 19-Jul-2010).
So, any one please help me to know that what they will reply in 45 days or I have to wait again.

Please help me for this.
