Can L2 holder travel, when L1 holder in india

Hi all

I am L1-B and wife is on L2.

I came to India, went for stamping on 25th may 2010, and now my case is under PIMS verification, which is taking too much time.

My wife is holding valid L2 visa and EAD till may 2011.

Can my Wife travel back to USA, without me, as my passport is held with consulate under administrative processing?

Technically L2 status completely depends on the L1 status. When you are out of the country you no longer hold the L1 status.

PIMS verification will ot take more than 10 days. It is advisable to wait and return back together.
