L1B cancellation

Hi,

I have an L1B visa from my ex-employer and I need to get it cancelled.

Can I go to the US consulate & get it cancelled myself .

I dont want to go to my ex-employer to get it cancelled so please suggest me ways to get this done.

Why do you want to cancel the visa? If you no longer work for that employer, then you cannot use that L1 visa and it is not going to harm you if you have it in your passport.
